SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

215 Squadron was reformed at R.A.F. Benson with ten ‘Armstrong Whitworth Argosy aircraft and flown to Changi in Singapore in July 1963.

The primary task was to support our forces in Borneo in the confrontation with Indonesia where President Sukarno wanted control.
